• Technical-consulting to evaluate customer's architecture, gather requirements and to propose appropriate Akamai solutions to service customer requirements • Managing scope, timelines, and budget of integrations to reduce risk and ensure customer success • Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product design, development and implementation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, Products, Presales and Sales to resolve technical & business issues • Identifying service enhancements and potential problems proactively to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
Job Requirements
- Have over 5 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Have deep understanding of internet technologies and cloud architectures
- Have experience in a customer facing role where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated.
- Have past experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with customers
- Have ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
