Role Description We provide software solutions that help the home & lifestyle, retail, and consumer packaged goods industries. As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Reporting to the APAC Senior Marketing Manager, this individual contributor role will work closely with ANZ Sales and APAC Marketing team to execute regional marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. The successful candidate will have experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and events, partnering with Sales teams, and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across demand generation, targeted account-based marketing, customer marketing, events, and partner marketing while working within a collaborative regional marketing organisation. Key Responsibilities - Regional Marketing Execution - Own and execute the ANZ marketing plan aligned to regional growth and revenue targets. - Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, market opportunities, local trends and priority initiatives. - Adapt and execute the global and APAC marketing campaigns for ANZ audience and markets. - Contribute local market insights and feedback to support regional planning. - Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth - Plan and execute mix of marketing campaigns (events/campaigns; online/physical) that generate qualified leads into pipeline. - Support targeted marketing campaigns for strategic and high-priority accounts. - Partner closely with Sales teams to drive lead engagement, opportunity progression, and customer growth initiatives. - Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations based on results. - Contribute to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline objectives. - Customer & Industry Engagement - Coordinate customer-focused campaigns including executive events, roundtables, webinars, workshops, press release and testimonials. - Work with Sales to strengthen the company’s presence across relevant retail, home & lifestyle, consumer packaged goods, technology, and industry events. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to achieve customer advocacy and retention initiatives. - Partner Marketing - Work and leverage strategic partners to execute joint marketing activities. - Help identify opportunities to increase market visibility and generate demand through partner network. - Content & Industry Marketing - Collaborate with APAC Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Global Product Marketing to localise messaging, customer stories, and campaign assets for ANZ audiences. - Develop industry-relevant marketing initiatives targeting home & lifestyle brands, retailers, and consumer packaged goods businesses. - Ensure marketing campaigns reflect customer challenges, market trends, and business priorities. - Measurement & Reporting - Track and report on campaign performance, marketing influenced pipeline contribution, event outcomes. - Support marketing budget tracking and campaign reporting activities. - Provide regular insights and recommendations to regional leadership. Qualifications - 3~5 years of B2B marketing experience. - SaaS, enterprise software, retail technology, commerce technology, customer engagement platforms, supply chain solutions, or related sectors are required. - Experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles. - Proven track record delivering campaigns that generate pipeline and contribute to revenue outcomes. - Experience working closely with sales teams in a target-driven environment. Preferred Experience - Exposure to Home & Lifestyle, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Brand-led organisations. - Experience with targeted account-based marketing events/campaigns. - Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM platforms. Skills & Attributes - Strong commercial mindset / business acumen and understanding of business outcomes. - Excellent sales/ stakeholder management and communication skills. - Highly organised with strong project management capabilities. - Comfortable working independently while collaborating across regional and global teams. - Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation. - Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Success in This Role - Deliver measurable marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growth. - Build strong partnerships with ANZ Sales and APAC Marketing. - Successfully execute regional campaigns and customer engagement campaigns. - Improve visibility and engagement within key Home & Lifestyle and Consumer Packaged Goods accounts. - Demonstrate clear return on investment from marketing activities. Travel Requirements - Occasional interstate travel within Australia and periodic travel within New Zealand for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events focuses on impact in sales pipeline or business outcomes.
