Role Description As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will support the successful deployment of our Restaurant (K-Series) customers point-of-sales (POS) solutions. In this role, you will assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, network-related support, and post go-live activities to help customers achieve a smooth and successful implementation experience. Working at the intersection of technology and customer success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions while managing implementation queues and supporting customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a high tech-touch, lower customer interaction environment. - Configure and implement POS solutions, leveraging automation tools and ChurnZero workflows to improve efficiency and streamline processes. - Support Implementation Consultants by assisting with network setup, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities to ensure successful customer onboarding. - Apply technical expertise to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams on customer-specific requirements. - Assist with customer training and create clear documentation to support product adoption and ongoing success. - Partner with internal teams to maintain training resources and support product updates. - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure implementations are reliable, functional, and meet customer requirements.
