Role Description The Implementation Manager is a critical role responsible for leading the post-sale customer journey, ensuring a seamless and successful transition to the Qualia platform. This individual acts as the primary project leader, guiding strategic, high-value clients through a comprehensive onboarding process that includes system configuration, workflow customization, and extensive training. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the software implementation lifecycle, a strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills to manage customer expectations and drive project success. Responsibilities - Project Management: Lead all aspects of the implementation project, from initial discovery and strategic planning to final go-live and handoff to the Customer Success team. - Customer Consultation: Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes and configure the Qualia platform to meet their unique operational needs. - System Configuration: Configure core system settings, including user permissions, security settings, financial accounts, and third-party integrations (e.g., banks, e-recording services). - Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver customized training programs for new and existing users, utilizing a variety of methods including on-site, virtual, and self-serve content. - Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of all configurations and integrations to ensure the system is ready for launch and meets the customer’s business requirements. - Client Advocacy: Identify potential project risks and product gaps, communicating them to internal teams and collaborating on solutions to ensure a smooth implementation. - Documentation & Handoff: Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure a smooth transition of the client to internal teams upon successful project completion, and inform stakeholders about the ongoing implementation status. Qualifications - Proven experience in a project management or implementation role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment. - Strong technical skills and comfort with configuring complex software systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience with project management software and a strong understanding of implementation methodologies. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Role Description The Implementation Manager acts as a key liaison between franchise partners and Vital Care Infusion Services, ensuring all onboarding activities are completed in alignment with Vital Care policies, state regulations, and ACHC accreditation standards. This role collaborates closely with franchisees to establish vendor partnerships, coordinate weekly cross-functional check-in calls, and guide them through critical milestones—including real estate acquisition, construction, Board of Pharmacy approvals, and ACHC accreditation.
