The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure with a focus on Containers, Virtual machines and CI/CD. You will be crucial in managing our Platform products with a reliable, secure and cost-effective approach to host our orchestration components used by all workloads at Brevo, running on OVH hosting provider. You will contribute to both running and improving our legacy infrastructure running on top of baremetal servers and building the next Platform generation with state-of-the-art technologies on network, hypervisors and orchestration layers Your Impact at Brevo: - Architect, build and maintain scalable and efficient container platforms using RKE2, orchestration tooling to automate CI/CD, deployment and remediation using Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Github CI, Jenkins, Vault and Digger. - Monitor and optimise the performance to ensure high availability and reliability using Alloy, Fluentd, Grafana and Datadog. - Contribute to the internal product roadmap definition, the backlog refinement, the architecture and the implementation review inside the Orchestration team. - Manage and maintain capacity planning for the production-grade orchestration chain - Work as a cornerstone between other Platform teams and other divisions to understand hosting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. - Implement automation for deployment pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Diagnose and resolve orchestration and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and procedures Who you are: - You have 4-8 Years of experience with Installation, setup & configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in production environments 24/7. - Installation, setup & configuration of high availability, secure, and resilient hosting facilities in production environments 24/7. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and organisational skills. - Very strong experience in building CI/CD stack and pipelines for both Platform and Developer use cases - Proficient in bare-metal infrastructure management (network backbone, Unix administration, Ansible, Netbox…) - Proficient with Kubernetes administration with self-hosted clusters using technologies such as RKE2, Cilium, Envoy, Longhorn, Rancher, Keda and Kyverno - Proficient with VM administration on top of open-sourced hypervisors like Harvester, OpenStack, and/or Fleet - Proficient in deployment templating with Helm, Kustomize and Jinja - Proficient in Orchestration products, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring on technologies like ArgoCD, Jenkins, Harbour, Vault, self-hosted Github runners and Argo Workflow - Proficient in using generative AI to build and run Platform products (agent and skills usage for opening a PR from a specification prompt, bridging MCP servers to troubleshooting production issues) - Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks. - Experience in building a Platform as an internal Product.
