Role Description The Lead Analyst for Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP oversees the implementation and operational support of SAP SD functionality. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives. - Ensuring system stability and performance for production systems. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: - Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution, providing expert guidance on best practices. - Document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. - Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module, providing guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues. - Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements. - Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. - Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. - Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support. Requirements - In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. - The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. - This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
