Role Description The Lead Analyst for Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP oversees the implementation and operational support of SAP SD functionality. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives. - Ensuring system stability and performance for production systems. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: - Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution, providing expert guidance on best practices. - Document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows. - Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module, providing guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues. - Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements. - Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. - Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. - Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support. Requirements - Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, FICO, PMMO). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, contract lifecycle, program management, and government or financial reporting requirements. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems (ECC and S/4 Hana) including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong attention to detail. - Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. - Experience working with SAP Preferred partner Cognitus (Billing and Contract Flowdown solution) or Dassian Government Solution. - Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
