• Central control and orchestration role • Ensure alignment of strategy, processes, resources, and operational execution • Interface between management, Delivery, Finance, HR and the Business Transformation Office • Create transparency, stability and scalability in day-to-day operations • End-to-end management of business operating processes • Development of workflows and governance structures • Support for transformation and growth initiatives • Establishment of a KPI, forecasting and reporting system • Prioritization of topics and translation of strategic objectives into concrete actions

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Business Operating, PMO or a comparable steering/control function
  • Solid understanding of service, Delivery and operating models
  • Experience in transformation and scaling projects
  • Ability to strategically further develop operational processes and align them with growth objectives
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with KPIs and reporting
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Very good German (C2) and good English, spoken and written
