HR Data and Systems Lead

Agilent Technologies

• Support defining the HR Analytic roadmap and toolsets required including system and implementation strategy. • Build automated and scalable reporting & analytic frameworks to improve accessibility to data and supporting decision making. • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across all HR data sources. • Support advanced analytic initiatives such as predictive modeling, workforce planning and talent insights. • Support Business Process optimization efforts to align with clear HR data governance. • Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs and leadership teams to identify analytics needs and proposed solutions. • Support Operational Reporting requests as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience in HR analytics, People Analytics, HR reporting or a related analytic role.
  • Strong expertise with Workday reporting and HR data architecture.
  • Proven ability to work with complex datasets
  • Experience building dashboards, analytic frameworks and automated reports.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to support process optimization and system implementations
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)

Role Description The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will report directly to the HR Manager and assist the HR staff. The HR assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the human resources department.
