Role Description As an ERP Service Manager, you are responsible for the overall management, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, predominately Infor LN (Cloud). This role ensures the ERP platform operates efficiently, aligns with business needs, and delivers high-quality service to end users. You will act as a bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. - Infor LN Service Management - Own end-to-end service delivery for the Infor LN environment including managing incidents, service requests and problem resolutions. - Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across all LN modules. - Oversee system monitoring, batch jobs, and interface processing. - Application & Functional Support - Support and optimize key Infor LN modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Projects). - Ensure correct configuration and usage of LN parameters, workflows, and business logic. - Infor Ecosystem & Integrations - Manage integration between Infor LN and other systems (e.g., CRM, BI tools, MES, WMS) ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms. - Release & Change Management - Coordinate Infor LN updates, patches, and upgrades (including cloud releases). - Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of changes. - Maintain change control processes aligned with ITIL best practice. - Continuous Improvement - Drive and identify optimization initiatives within Infor LN to improve efficiency and user experience. Qualifications - Previous experience managing Infor LN (formerly Baan) ERP system from a service point of view. - Experience making and actioning development requests to the system. - Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous. - Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and policy writing to support implementation and compliance to controls. - ITIL certification is advantageous. Requirements - Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolutions. - Strong understanding of system availability, performance, and reliability. - Experience in overseeing system monitoring and batch jobs. - Capability to manage integrations between Infor LN and other systems. - Experience in coordinating updates, patches, and upgrades. - Ability to manage testing cycles and deployment of changes. - Drive for continuous improvement initiatives. Role Description Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you want to own a critical function that ensures every employee is paid correctly and on time? Within this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure that employees are paid on time, and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. You will: - Prepare and process monthly payroll for UK employees including processing of statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, Paternity Pay. - Review new hires, terminations, promotions and pay changes in Dayforce payroll system. - Support with recommendations to HR and finance teams by monitoring and adapting to evolving payroll legislation.
