Manager, Client Privileged Access

• Own end-to-end credentialing for clinicians/providers across multiple states and payers (as applicable), including new credentialing, recredentialing, and ongoing maintenance. • Supervise and coach credentialing staff to maintain high performance standards and ensure timely provider onboarding • Collaborate with client success team and directly with clients to streamline credentialing and onboarding workflows to build and sustain client relationships • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and QA processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. • Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to align hiring timelines with credentialing processes • Create and maintain tracking reports, performance standards, and measure outcomes in collaboration with the Credentialing and service lines • Collaborate with Compliance/Legal to ensure adherence to external compliance where required and internal policies. • Promote continuous process improvement and customer service excellence • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and affirmative action requirements • Develop, implement, and administer credentialing documentation, identify issues, and follow up for resolution departmental policies and procedures • Maintain integrity, accuracy, and completeness of credentialing databases
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Access
- Proven experience in leadership, including growing a team
- Experience building a Client Access function or materially maturing an existing program
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and supporting a diverse workforce required; healthcare/medical billing preferred

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) in the Sandoz generic and biosimilar portfolios • Serve as the Sandoz safety REMS expert on project/product teams throughout the product life cycle • Provide oversight of the tactical implementation and monitoring of REMS commitments • Develop and manage vendor contracts with the support of project teams • Ensure compliance with REMS regulatory requirements and reporting • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, evidence-based risk management solutions • Drive execution of REMS development, implementation, and operationalization according to agreed upon strategies
• Supervise the daily operations of the Provider Data Management team, including workload distribution, performance management, and staff development • Ensure provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems • Drive the performance of the team, by monitoring productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members • Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team. • Support projects involving system enhancements or process automation • Manage the end-to-end provider data entry process to ensure accurate and timely setup for claims payment, member assignment and directory display. • Investigate and resolve complex Provider Data Management issues.
• Act as the interim leader for locations requiring additional managerial support, including newly established yards or during transitions. • Develop and implement operational plans tailored to specific customer requirements at each location. • Oversee fleet management, team development, training, and compliance across multiple sites. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Utilize Zūm’s IT infrastructure to monitor KPIs, ensuring performance targets are exceeded. • Foster a culture of behavioral safety for all employees. • Manage full P&L responsibility across assigned locations, ensuring financial and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with HR, Recruiting, and Safety teams to address staffing and compliance needs. • Maintain readiness and compliance for fleet and facility operations, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and contractual requirements. • Serve as a liaison between union representatives and operations teams, where applicable. • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and safety departments to streamline operations and address discrepancies. • Strategically plan and execute hiring needs with HR and Recruiting teams. • Ensure fleet readiness through collaboration with Shop Managers and compliance with relevant mandates. • Oversee daily operations, incident reporting, and resolution processes. • Monitor and maintain clean, organized, and efficient facilities across sites. • Support special projects, including field trip logistics and charter processes. • Deliver consistent results in KPI performance and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
