Extremities Sales Specialist
A-SPINE
• Approach, recruit, and maintain relationships with surgeon customers in the Extremities surgical specialty • Identify, recruit, and enable independent sales agents within the assigned territory • Develop and maintain expertise in extremities surgery, osteobiologics, Kuros products, and supporting scientific data • Work within a defined geographic territory and beyond when necessary • Utilize tools and initiative to identify and win appropriate target customers • Represent Kuros at conventions and industry events as directed • Maintain high organizational standards and operational excellence in delivering Kuros products and services • Ensure compliance with procedures to support a flawless supply chain and on-time product delivery • Assist in contracting facility customers, sales agents, and distributors • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Provide sales forecasts, tactical plans, and performance updates • Support commercial and marketing initiatives • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive dynamics • Contribute positively as a collaborative member of the U.S. Commercial Team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Sales experience in Bone, Biologics, and Cartilage or equivalent in the Extremities surgical specialty
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment
- Manage effectively and ethically within company policies, laws, and AdvaMed Guidelines
- Knowledge of relevant quality systems and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations & Strategy, the Manager, Associate Hospital Sales is responsible for leading and developing a team of Associate Hospital Sales Representatives. • The primary responsibilities include the hiring, coaching, and development of Associate Hospital Sales Representatives to “field sales readiness,” while directing sales activities through a complex medical device sales process associated with driving growth in the respective region. • This position increases revenue and profitability by expanding utilization of ICU Medical products throughout existing accounts. • In addition, the Manager, Associate Hospital Sales must direct representatives to extend relationships into new accounts to increase year over year growth while working cross functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Contract Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Services; and seek ways to inform the business.
