Role Description Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Research & Data Analyst to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will provide data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and performance measurement support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on improving asset accountability, lifecycle visibility, data quality, compliance, and operational decision-making. The Research & Data Analyst will analyze ITAM-related data across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams, develop reports and visualizations, identify trends and anomalies, and support data-driven recommendations for program leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst who can work with large or complex datasets, translate data into clear insights, and produce accurate, client-ready reporting products. • Profile, cleanse, and reconcile outage notification data from email/PDF samples, carrier templates, RDS PostgreSQL tables, S3 landing zones, and exported operational datasets. • Support AI extraction evaluation loops by comparing model output to human-labeled gold data across severity, notification type, service affected, service layer, root cause, lifecycle, carrier type, verification, and state/geography fields. • Develop SQL queries, Python/pandas analysis scripts, and repeatable QA checks that measure extraction accuracy, completeness, timeliness, duplicates, alert eligibility, and carrier-level data quality. • Build dashboard-ready datasets and reporting marts for executive dashboards, national heat maps, carrier scorecards, trend summaries, compliance reports, and crisis-center/state-coordinator operational views. • Partner with the Data Architect on canonical data models, metric dictionaries, lineage notes, source-to-target mappings, row-level security rules, and dashboard acceptance criteria. • Create and maintain QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI artifacts depending on the approved platform, including KPI definitions, filters, drilldowns, and test cases. • Analyze grant lifecycle and federal operations data where needed, including eRA/PMS exports, SharePoint trackers, NOFO workflow data, SAM.gov/DNP verification outputs, and manually reconciled spreadsheets. • Support UAT by preparing test data, validating dashboard numbers with stakeholders, triaging data defects, and translating user feedback into backlog-ready analytical requirements. • Document repeatable runbooks for data validation, dashboard refreshes, exception handling, and production reporting operations. • Contribute evidence and documentation for federal security, privacy, and ATO reviews, including audit trails, data handling assumptions, and data quality controls.
Role Description The Impact Data Analyst ensures Kiva effectively realizes its impact strategy by overseeing the management and analysis of Kiva’s impact data. Responsibilities include: - Maintaining databases for impact data and evidence. - Ensuring data is organized, clean, and effectively analyzed for insights and utilization. - Joining Kiva’s impact team responsible for impact strategy, frameworks, and operationalization. - Reporting to the Senior Director of Impact and interacting closely with the investments team. - Providing consistent, accurate, and timely impact data to guide investment decisions. - Working with the Senior Impact Manager and Senior Director of Impact on monitoring and evaluation. - Maintaining Kiva’s impact data sets and ensuring key dashboards are up to date. - Assisting the Investments and Strategic Partnerships teams with grants and funds reporting. - Supporting regular reporting and ongoing requests for impact data and insights. Qualifications - 3 to 5 years work experience in impact data management and analytics, monitoring and evaluation, and/or international development with a quantitative focus. - Passion for impact measurement. - Strong data analysis skills, particularly using Excel/Sheets, Looker, or PowerBI. - Strong data visualization and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently. - Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Experience in a start-up or other fast-paced environment.
