• AI Knowledge Management • Development and ownership of the company-wide knowledge management strategy • Build, maintain and evolve the central knowledge base (e.g. Guru or similar platforms) • Editorial quality assurance and structuring of content according to defined content standards • Ensuring documentation obligations in accordance with the EU AI Act • Voice Bot & Chatbot Readiness • Responsible for technical and content-related bot readiness • Build and maintain intent hierarchies, prompt templates and retrieval strategies • Continuous improvement of bot response quality through testing and analysis • Technical interface between the knowledge team, bot development and data science • Content Architecture • Design of a scalable, multilingual and multi-channel content architecture • Develop governance rules for content ownership, review cycles and quality standards • Monitoring knowledge gaps based on bot performance metrics • Project Management – Transformation & AI Strategy • Independent planning and management of strategic AI and transformation projects (end-to-end) • Stakeholder and risk management as well as preparation of business cases • Build and maintain project structure plans, milestone plans and status reports
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in knowledge management, conversational AI, content architecture or AI-related roles
- Proven experience in building and operating AI-powered knowledge or bot systems in production environments
- Several years of experience leading transformation or AI projects
- Experience in functional leadership of teams as well as stakeholder management at executive level
- Hands-on experience with GetGuru or similar knowledge base platforms is an advantage
- Solid understanding of RAG architectures, chunking strategies and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to communicate technical complexity clearly and understandably
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- High initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and consistent result orientation
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1)
