• Build and manage a structured pipeline of investors including family offices, VCs, angel investors, and HNWIs • Conduct proactive outreach to introduce MaxAccelerate and its portfolio companies to relevant investors • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships across the investor community • Track investor preferences, mandates, and activity to ensure relevant, well-timed engagement • Support the preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and deal summaries for portfolio companies seeking funding • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the group and its companies • Assist in managing the fundraising process end-to-end for specific transactions • Maintain a CRM of investor contacts, deal flow, and interaction history • Identify and qualify new companies and founders that could benefit from joining the MaxAccelerate group • Run outbound outreach to target companies across sectors and geographies aligned with the group's thesis • Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipeline and represent the group • Evaluate inbound enquiries and make initial assessments for group leadership review • Act as a connector between portfolio companies and the broader investor and partner network • Collaborate with internal teams to align BD efforts with the group's shared technology and marketing ecosystem • Support internal communications and reporting on investor relations activity

Job Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital markets, or a related field
  • Some exposure to startup ecosystems, venture capital, private equity, or family office environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional networks
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining structured pipelines
