Ce rôle est idéal pour quelqu'un de très attentif aux détails, hautement organisé et motivé à développer une expertise en opérations contractuelles au sein d'une entreprise axée sur une mission et en forte croissance. - Préparez, examinez et traitez les contrats de renouvellement annuels, les modifications, les mises à jour des prix, les bons d'achat et les formulaires de commande pour les clients d'entreprise. - Assurez-vous que les documents de renouvellement reflètent les configurations actuelles des produits, les conditions d'abonnement, les niveaux de service et les obligations contractuelles. - Maintenir l'exactitude des données des contrats clients au sein des systèmes Salesforce et de gestion des contrats. - Collaborez étroitement avec les ventes et la réussite client pour garantir que les clients reçoivent des forfaits de renouvellement complets et conformes. - Collaborez avec le service juridique pour intégrer les mises à jour de langage requises, les modifications des termes ou les clarifications des contrats. - Collaborez avec le service financier pour vérifier les prix, les détails de facturation et les exigences en reconnaissance des revenus. - Assurez-vous que les termes contractuels respectent les politiques de l'entreprise, les normes d'approvisionnement du secteur public et les exigences réglementaires. - Tenir des registres de contrats organisés, des traces d'audit et des historiques de versions. - Fournir une communication claire et professionnelle concernant l'état du contrat, les documents requis et les prochaines étapes. - Répondez aux demandes internes concernant les modalités du contrat, les échéanciers de renouvellement, les détails tarifaires ou les besoins en documentation. - Préparez et distribuez des rapports, en assurant leur exactitude. - Travailler avec les clients sur les litiges concernant les commandes d'achat. Qualifications - 1+ ans d'expérience en administration de contrats, gestion de commandes, opérations commerciales, soutien aux achats ou un rôle administratif similaire. - Grande attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs échéances. - Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. - Compétence requise avec Salesforce. - Capacité à travailler avec des informations sensibles et à maintenir la confidentialité. - Expérience en technologie, SaaS, ou sécurité publique/contrats gouvernementaux. - Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en administration des affaires, opérations, études juridiques ou domaine connexe. - Une expérience de travail équivalente dans un poste similaire peut être substituée aux exigences éducatives.
