Title and Summary Manager, Product Sales - Open Finance Brazil Role Overview The Manager, Product Sales - Open Finance Brazil plays a critical role in supporting the commercial execution and scaling of Mastercard's Open Finance business in Brazil. This position works in close partnership with the VP Product Sales, who leads the overall Open Finance strategy in the country, providing hands-on support to expand pipeline, accelerate deal progression, and run the end-to-end sales operating model. The role combines commercial enablement, pipeline development, and internal sales orchestration, supporting the full sales cycle - from opportunity shaping and partner-led deals to internal reporting, executive communications, QBRs, and Steering Committees. Key Responsibilities Support Product Sales lead in driving the Open Finance commercial agenda in Brazil, with focus on pipeline growth, deal progression, and revenue delivery. Actively support pipeline development by partnering with Account Managers and Business Development teams to identify, qualify, and advance Open Finance opportunities. Serve as a commercial orchestrator for partner-led Open Finance solutions, enabling Mastercard's sales teams to position, sell, and scale offerings within a strategic partnership model. Provide end-to-end sales cycle support, including opportunity shaping, commercial structuring, pricing discussions, contracting coordination, and internal approvals. Coordinate closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure deal readiness and execution discipline. Develop and maintain pipeline, revenue, and forecast tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility for leadership. Prepare and consolidate executive-level materials, including pipeline reviews, revenue updates, QBRs, Steering Committee decks, and leadership presentations. Build clear commercial narratives, value propositions, and business cases, connecting Open Finance capabilities to measurable client outcomes. Support the ongoing management and expansion of the strategic Open Finance partnership, identifying new use cases, clients, and growth opportunities. Monitor market developments, regulatory evolution, and competitive dynamics, feeding insights into sales priorities and messaging. Represent Mastercard in selected client meetings, working sessions, and internal governance forums as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with solid experience in Product Sales, Commercial Enablement, Business Development, or Sales Operations roles within payments, financial services, fintech, or data-driven platforms. Demonstrated ability to support pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue tracking in complex sales environments. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, executive-level value propositions. Experience working across matrixed, cross-functional environments, coordinating stakeholders without direct authority. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to sales process rigor, reporting accuracy, and follow-through. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior internal and client stakeholders. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments, with a pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset. Fluency in English required; Portuguese native or fluent. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Open Finance / Open Banking initiatives, particularly within the Brazilian market. Prior exposure to strategic partnership or ecosystem-based sales models. Background in fintech, consulting, or strategic commercial roles within financial services. Experience supporting executive governance forums, such as QBRs, Steering Committees, or leadership reviews.
