• Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure • Maintain development, staging, and production environments • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines • Support deployments and release processes • Monitor uptime, performance, and security • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies • Configure domains, SSL certificates, and networking • Support developers with infrastructure-related topics • Improve scalability, reliability, and system performance

• Act as the technical owner of the Louco platform • Lead and support our development team in daily execution • Serve as the bridge between business, product and engineering • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development processes • Work closely with product management to define technical requirements and set priorities • Review architectural decisions, code quality and technical feasibility • Identify technical risks and proactively propose solutions • Coordinate technical implementation across mobile app, backend and web platform • Ensure development follows best practices

• Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. • Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities. • Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team. • Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners. • Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks. • Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation. • Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions. • Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments. • Support feature validation and acceptance testing. • Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards. • Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release. • Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams. • Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities. • Support release planning and deployment readiness. • Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Scene research: Create a list of 20–30 local promoters, clubs, and DIY events in your city • Event tracking: Check their Instagram accounts and websites weekly and add new events to our app • Outreach: Contact promoters directly and recruit them for our platform — “We’ll feature your event for free; you send us the info” • Build a pipeline: Lay the groundwork so the manually curated promoters can later become our first paying customers

• Attend events, concerts, rooftops, parties, and festivals • Create TikTok and Instagram Reels • Record event recaps • Discover hidden gems and unique locations • Leverage trends, sounds, and viral formats • Produce content for Louco's social media channels • Authentically capture the atmosphere and experience of an event

• Build and scale full stack systems powering Louco’s event discovery platform • Own end-to-end user flows across the platform • Develop and improve systems for personalized feeds and recommendations • Integrate AI into the product experience • Build scalable ticketing and checkout-related systems • Collaborate with engineers and product team for intuitive experiences • Take ownership of features from idea to production • Improve platform scalability, reliability, and app performance

• Perform manual QA testing for mobile applications • Validate new releases and features before production deployment • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues • Collaborate closely with developers and designers • Test onboarding flows, guest mode, event discovery, authentication, and performance • Support product quality improvements and ensure release stability
