Role Description This is a remote role that may only be hired in: CA. This position is responsible for working with cross-functional teams as well as other key business stakeholders (i.e. IT and Sales) to leverage technology to drive business performance and best in class client experiences. Develop and sustain industry leading technology innovation to create client centric experiences with the ability to translate digital solutions and trends into actionable technical innovation. Responsibilities - Design & Development - Lead workstreams of small-mid size projects, with the occasional large size projects. - Design, document, and communicate detailed technology approach for complex data driven integrations. - Provide solutions to complex problems across technology platforms, system integrations, and customer data and analytics. - Translates business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable results. - Lead the approach to enforce and optimize our digital data ingestion and validation process, as well as transformation and usage of the data for reporting and customer journey tracking. - Draft specifications and timelines as required to process files. - Develop and document new process changes for integrations and data based on new business requirements. - Define solutions approach and implementation. - Measurement and Optimization - Oversee data quality and tracking feeds from source to source. - Provide insights and recommendations for system and process enhancements. - Manage access and permissions to systems. - Develop new systems training documentation to ensure smooth adoption of systems. - Relationship & Practice Development - Develops influential relationships with vendors, business leaders, and other key stakeholders in support of program/product success. - Work with operations and vendor management for proposals and onboard new technology platforms. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Technical project management or technical program management, computer science, MIS or equivalent OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Technical project management or technical program management, computer science, MIS or equivalent. - Preferred Area of Experience: Financial services, software and systems architecture, marketo, Microsoft dynamics, B2B marketing. - Preferred Skills: - Strong Agile Marketing Acumen and Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban). - Deep knowledge in technology design, data and systems integration. - Experience with CMS, CMP, CRM, Marketo, Wedia, Wrike, Jira, Google Analytics. Requirements - Current contractor/contingent worker for FCB. - If hired in California the base pay for this position is generally between $150,000 and $191,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. - For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
