Senior Director, Sales Enablement
Soleo Health
• Own the CRM roadmap, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement to support field sales and inside sales teams. • Establish CRM best practices aligned to sales workflows, account management, client pipeline management, forecasting and measurable sales team productivity analytics. • Partner with Sales Leadership and Analytics to develop dashboards, reporting, and insights that support performance management, territory planning, and decision-making. • Translate CRM data into actionable insights that improve productivity, visibility, and commercial outcomes. • Lead and develop the Inside Sales function, including structure, role clarity, performance expectations, and career development. • Design and execute Inside Sales strategies that support field sales, pharma strategies, referral development, account penetration, and growth initiatives. • Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to plan, launch, and measure targeted outbound campaigns. • Establish KPIs, reporting, and performance management frameworks to track effectiveness and ROI. • Ensure alignment between Inside Sales activities and broader commercial objectives. • Design and implement scalable sales enablement processes that support both new hire onboarding and continuous learning for tenured sales representatives. • Partner with Compliance and Clinical teams to ensure processes and tolls support regulatory and patient care requirements. • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted enablement solutions. • Support product launches, service enhancements, and commercial initiatives through enablement planning content and execution. • Drive field technology adoption, utilization, and data quality through enablement, governance, and continuous improvement. • Client EMR connectivity, physician reporting (post-infusion report) • Evaluate, implement, and optimize enablement technologies (CRM, sales tools, analytics platforms, content systems) to drive adoption and business value. • Build standardized workflows, playbooks, and operating models that support selling, onboarding, account management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and increase seller effectiveness. • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on enablement effectiveness and commercial impact. • Lead cross-functional initiatives that align people, process, and technology to strategic growth priorities. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales operations, CRM, or commercial strategy, preferably within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion or life science.
- Proven experience leading CRM implementations and driving adoption across sales organizations.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, reimbursement models, and regulated healthcare environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and leading Inside Sales or Sales Development teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial analytics, KPIs, and performance management.
- Experience implementing scalable processes and technologies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of business acumen and data-driven decision making.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
