• Set up and maintain a working development environment • Plan, manage, and report on all development activities using DevOps tools (pipelines, boards, user stories, artifacts) • Configure policies and permissions for users and groups within Microsoft platforms • Conduct agile ceremonies and follow best practices for iterative delivery • Create detailed functional and technical designs • Build and configure technical solutions, including data migration tasks • Develop source code, scripts, and deployment procedures for business processes • Package and deliver work items for development, testing, and acceptance environments • Perform unit testing and resolve defects promptly • Support UAT by writing test cases and ensuring quality deliverables • Deploy solutions into designated environments and maintain them post-release • Produce and maintain technical documentation for all initiatives • Ensure UI/UX consistency with organizational branding and design standards • Align data sets with established taxonomy and reporting structures • Enhance and create new reports using Power BI, ensuring consistency and accuracy • Provide strategic advice on Power BI platform structure, security, accessibility, and monitoring • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Strong expertise in Power BI report development and platform management
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing technical solutions, including data migration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents and change requests
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
