• Before a work cell is deployed, work with the customer to learn the manufacturing process, including observing the current process, taking measurements, and reviewing CAD and machine documentation. • Partner with mechanical and robotics engineers to design the work cell layout for a specific manufacturing process, accounting for the robot's reachability and cycle time. • Drive design modifications to the robot end of arm tool and part fixtures alongside mechanical engineers, and get parts fabricated, assembled, and tested. • Be on site when the work cell is delivered to lead unboxing, setup, and customer training on the use of the system. • Set up and test the work cell on the customer manufacturing process, including installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining control components such as proximity sensors, relays, and vacuum ejectors. • Triage, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues spanning software, hardware, sensors, and tooling, escalating with clear root cause analysis when remote resolution is not possible. • Respond to customer emails and calls on the use of the system, making on site service calls when issues cannot be resolved remotely, and identify new opportunities to expand impact within each account. • Collaborate cross functionally with Robotics Software, Hardware, and Product teams on deployments, and deliver structured feedback that improves both the product and the field engineering experience. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, debugging, and the production of technical documentation, raising your own throughput and the team's. • Maintain flexible working hours that match the manufacturing production hours of customers, and travel to customer sites as needed, up to 75% of the time.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Build Process Automation solutions, including process automation, workflows, and business rules. • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using SAP Build Process Automation. • Integrate SAP BPA with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP services, SAP Fiori, and third-party applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions. • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and developers. • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and governance models. • Perform automation solution documentation, including design, configuration, and operational guides. • Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production support. • Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions within timelines. • Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP and automation innovations and recommend improvements.

The Sr. Specialist I will also oversee the work of Integration Engineers, ensuring alignment with broader project objectives. - Strategic Design and Architecture: - Drive the design and architecture of integration solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and align with best practices. - Solve complex technical challenges through innovative and customized integration strategies. - Develop advanced custom scripts and transformations for HL7, FHIR, and X12 transactions. - Client-Facing Consultations: - Work closely with stakeholders and clients to understand and define integration requirements and system architecture. - Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure that integration solutions meet industry and regulatory standards. - Oversight and Mentorship: - Oversee the work of Integration Specialists to ensure their deliverables align with broader project goals and strategic direction. - Provide mentorship and technical leadership to ensure team success. - Compliance and Standards: - Perform security assessments and compliance audits for data exchange solutions. - Ensure integration aligns with standards such as HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other relevant protocols. - Keep solutions compliant with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA in healthcare). - Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. Requirements - 4-6 years experience in healthcare integration, HL7, and Mirth Connect. - Hands-on expertise with Mirth Connect, HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, X12 (EDI), and API integrations. - Strong expertise in JavaScript, SQL, XML, and JSON for integration logic. - Experience optimizing ETL workflows and high-volume data exchanges. License/Certification Required - Certifications in relevant integration technologies or methodologies is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Knowledge of: Proficiency in HL7 message handling, transformations, and acknowledgements. Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, and interoperability frameworks. - Skill in: Leadership, project management and collaboration skills.
