Junior Sales Supervisor

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across the team • Ensure consistent quota attainment and strong pipeline health • Track and analyze key sales metrics, including conversion rates, activity levels, and revenue performance • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans • Maintain accurate forecasting and performance reporting • Provide structured coaching to Team Leaders and sales representatives • Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings • Review call recordings and deliver actionable feedback • Reinforce best practices in objection handling, closing strategies, and pipeline management • Support the development of future sales leaders • Maintain real-time visibility of sales floor performance and activity • Act as escalation point for complex deals or sales challenges • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to maintain productivity and accountability

This territory-based role focuses on securing the eligible Fortune 1,000 prospects as new customers.
