Contracts Manager

Kinective

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including: SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and order forms, NDAs, vendor and partner agreements • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and best practices • Partner closely with Sales to support revenue growth while maintaining risk discipline • Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, payment terms, and financial risk considerations • Support enterprise risk management initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree (e.g., JD) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CIPP, CRCM) preferred
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal operations, or risk/compliance roles
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated progression in responsibility and ownership of complex agreements
