• Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita assegnati (fatturato, marginalità e volumi), contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo del business nell’area di competenza • Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso un’attività strutturata e continuativa di prospecting sul territorio • Gestire e ampliare il portafoglio clienti esistente, consolidando relazioni solide e di lungo periodo con gli stakeholder chiave • Condurre sia in autonomia trattative commerciali con clienti attuali e prospect (RSA, Case di Cura, Ospedali), che in collaborazione con KAM e Sales Manager • Negoziare contratti e partecipare a gare d’appalto, garantendo coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali di fatturato e marginalità • Presidiare il territorio assegnato, pianificando in modo efficace visite e attività commerciali • Monitorare costantemente il mercato e l’andamento dei competitor per individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo • Promuovere e presentare prodotti e servizi aziendali con un approccio consulenziale orientato alla creazione di valore per il cliente • Utilizzare il CRM aziendale per monitorare pipeline, attività e KPI commerciali, contribuendo alla reportistica e all’analisi delle performance • Collaborare attivamente con i team interni (Clinical Specialist, Marketing, Ufficio Gare, KAM) per massimizzare i risultati di vendita • Supportare l’organizzazione di eventi, corsi e iniziative promozionali sul territorio, rafforzando la presenza e il posizionamento aziendale

Job Requirements

  • Esperienza nella vendita e nello sviluppo del business
  • Preferibile conoscenza del mercato Long Term Care, con focus sul segmento delle Residenze per Anziani
  • Residenza nell’area di competenza o zone limitrofe, con disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio
  • Eccellenti doti relazionali e comunicative, con capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni di fiducia con clienti e stakeholder
  • Spiccate competenze commerciali, incluse capacità di negoziazione, gestione delle trattative e forte orientamento ai risultati
  • Attitudine proattiva allo sviluppo del business e forte determinazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  • Capacità di analisi del mercato e individuazione di nuove opportunità commerciali
  • Buona predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con funzioni interfunzionali
  • Familiarità con strumenti Office e CRM per la gestione delle attività commerciali e il monitoraggio delle performance
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese.

Role Description The Sales Executive quarterbacks our new business Sales process to exceed their quarterly sales goals. In this opportunity, the Sales Executive is responsible for the generation of new product and services revenue for the Riskonnect GRC products within Riskonnect’s Integrated Risk Management Suite. This territory-based role focuses on securing the eligible Fortune 1,000 prospects as new customers.
