Qualifications - Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations oder Sales Enablement. - Erfahrung in einem B2B-SaaS-Umfeld. - Fundierte Erfahrung in Forecasting, Funnel-Analysen und KPI-Steuerung. - Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicher im Umgang mit komplexen Datensätzen. - Admin-Level-Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise HubSpot Sales Hub. - Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Prozesslogiken und Automatisierungen. - Erfahrung mit Tools wie Zapier, n8n oder ähnlichen Lösungen von Vorteil. - Erfahrung mit AI-Tools und Automatisierungslösungen. - Klare und strukturierte Kommunikation mit Sales, Leadership und Operations. - Hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset. - Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung. - Remote-first Mindset und sicher im Umgang mit dynamischen Umfeldern.
