Role Description Our client, a respected organization within the insurance industry, is seeking a Claims Operations & Data Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on analyzing claims operations, optimizing business processes, supporting technology initiatives, and leveraging data to improve operational performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical skills with a thorough understanding of business processes, helping drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives across the organization. - Evaluate claims-related business processes, operational workflows, and system functionality to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, process improvement, and automation. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and procedures to support operational enhancements and technology-driven initiatives. - Monitor and assess key performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the planning, testing, implementation, and adoption of process and system improvements. Qualifications - 3 - 5+ years of analytical and reporting experience utilizing SQL, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools to extract, validate, analyze, and present actionable business insights. - Prior experience within the property & casualty insurance industry, with knowledge of claims operations, claims systems, or claims administration platforms strongly preferred. - Experience supporting business and technology initiatives through Agile methodologies, process/workflow documentation, cloud-based platforms, and tools used for process mapping, collaboration, and reporting. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into practical solutions. Role Description We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst with experience in risk and fraud prevention. The successful candidate is someone who can identify risky patterns and behaviors in customers and turn them into actionable insights through rigorous analysis. You will work closely with Risk Operations, Payments, Growth, and Senior Management. You must be dynamic, collaborative, and proactive. This role is key to unlocking healthy growth and supporting business units to better understand and mitigate risk vectors. The work will empower millions of Latinos in the United States like no other company does at the moment. Responsibilities - Be responsible for key performance metrics such as fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency. - Deep dive into past and ongoing fraudulent trends and provide data-driven insights to create solutions to problems as well as dashboards for constant monitoring. - Build and maintain fraud features, rules, and models in response to evolving fraud behaviors. - Execute human-in-the-loop reviews to complement automated systems. - Review operational processes and systems and build feedback loops to drive improvements.
