• Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Belgium), managing complex employment matters throughout the employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and employees. • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations by providing expert guidance, maintaining country-specific processes, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions where needed. • Deliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries, supporting key employment events, and providing practical, business-focused solutions. • Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, standardisation, and optimisation of HR procedures across multiple entities and jurisdictions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and scalable solutions. • Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects that contribute to the success and growth of the business.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR practices, with the ability to confidently advise and lead on employee lifecycle matters, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French or German (written and spoken).
