• As a Linguistic QA Tester, you will primarily be proofreading and editing content already localized to your native language, making sure you catch any errors in the content, such as: grammar, typos, syntax, punctuation, capitalization, political incorrectness, inconsistencies, and extra spaces between words or characters. • You will sometimes be translating content from English to your native language. • You will also be checking UIs for functional issues. • Write and report relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database system. • Ability to under and prioritize task and issues quickly and efficiently. • Native language skills and cultural awareness of native country. • Good oral and written communication. • Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • QA various products in by accurately following testing instructions and test cases • Discover and report defects (bugs) using client specific bug tracking tools • Evaluate translations in the context of software, mobile apps and documentation • Be a subject matter expert for linguistic issues in the target language; be able to research and resolve linguistic questions • Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides and client-preferred checklists and glossaries • Troubleshoot basic problems; be able to communicate effectively and escalate testing issues • Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner

• Test complex fintech and crypto workflows, including transactions, card operations, swaps, KYC flows, asset transfers, and fiat on/off-ramps. • Own quality hands-on: test new features yourself across mobile (iOS/Android), backend services, and back-office tools. • Participate in feature design and delivery, identifying risks and quality considerations early in the development lifecycle. • Investigate production issues, reproduce defects, and ensure root causes are addressed. • Collaborate with developers on automated testing strategy and coverage. • Design comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria. • Review automated test implementations to ensure meaningful coverage of business-critical functionality. • Set the QA bar across the team by building out templates, checklists, and bug-reporting standards, while tracking key metrics (defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT) and translating them into actionable reports. • Keep production rock solid — overseeing monitoring across Sentry, Firebase, and Grafana, leading incident response and post-mortems, and digging into root causes to strengthen the system over time. • Contribute to a quality-first engineering culture where testing is embedded into the development process. • Support incident investigations, post-mortems, and continuous reliability improvements. • Monitor product health using observability and analytics tools. • Influence product and engineering decisions through data, technical analysis, and risk assessment. • Help teams balance delivery speed with product reliability and customer trust.

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across complex Back Office systems, workflows, integrations, and enterprise business processes. • Develop and execute effective test strategies, test plans, and validation approaches aligned with business and technical objectives. • Ensure release readiness, production stability, and high-quality delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives. • Manage competing priorities between BAU support and project deliverables while maintaining QA standards. • Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts effectively. • Identify quality risks, dependencies, gaps, and release concerns early, and provide actionable mitigation plans. • Take initiative during critical delivery situations such as unclear requirements, testing blockers, integration issues, or release instability. • Partner closely with business stakeholders to align on quality expectations and release readiness. • Act as a trusted QA advisor, communicating risks, progress, and recommendations clearly. • Influence decisions through expertise, data-driven insights, and effective communication. • Demonstrate strong individual contributor leadership through accountability, professionalism, and ownership. • Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching, reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. • Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and quality-first thinking. • Drive the adoption of AI-powered QA solutions and intelligent automation practices across testing processes. • Champion automation-first and AI-assisted testing approaches to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and optimize QA processes through automation and innovation.
