• Eres responsable de identificar, medir y monitorear los riesgos de mercado, liquidez y contraparte que enfrenta Tenpo en su operación como neobanco regulado. • Desarrolla y mantiene los modelos de medición de riesgo de mercado, liquidez y tasa de interés (VaR, stress testing, gap analysis), alertando oportunamente sobre desviaciones respecto a los limites aprobados. • Elabora los informes de riesgo financiero para la CMF, el Directorio y el Comité de Riesgos, asegurando la precisión, consistencia y oportunidad de la información presentada. • Actualiza las políticas, límites y metodologías de riesgo financiero del neobanco, incorporando cambios regulatorios y mejores prácticas de la industria financiera. • Diseña y ejecuta ejercicios de stress testing y análisis de escenarios adversos, cuantificando el impacto potencial sobre el balance y la liquidez de Tenpo. • Monitorea las posiciones de tesorería y las exposiciones a contraparte, coordinando con el equipo de Tesorería para asegurar el cumplimiento de los limites operativos. • Identifica oportunidades de automatización y mejora en los procesos de medición de riesgo, proponiendo desarrollos al Subgerente de Riesgo Financiero.

• Overseeing and managing all of the accounting functions across the group of companies • Supporting the Accounts Assistant role in ensuring accurate processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable including processing of inter-company charges and accurate on-charging of amounts to customers in a timely manner, completing of daily bank reconciliations • Having responsibility of all accounting journals and adjustments required for accurate financial reporting including keeping all subsidiary accounts fully reconciled. • Providing Month End Financial Reports to Management in a timely manner. • Having responsibility for GST, PAYE returns filing. • Having responsibility for inter-company transactions reconciliations. • Maintain organised and accurate financial documentation. • Having responsibility for Quarterly Bank Covenant Reporting with business performance commentary • Providing Costing and Variance Analysis • Prepare and oversee the budget and cashflow forecast for the group. • Update with actuals monthly and report to Management. • Manage cashflow forecasts and report daily. • Have the ability to provide insights into cashflow management. • Having the responsibility and ability to identity opportunities for improving internal financial processes and controls including ability to improve receivables collections and implementing change. • Being able to document processes and train staff who input information into finance systems. • Being able to work closely with external accountants, bank and other stakeholders provide required information in a timely manner. • Being able to lead accounting/finance related meetings and be the person in charge. • Being able to support the other functions in the company such as Health and Safety, HR, Council and other compliance requirements which require input from the finance team
