Role Description At IT Labs, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support one of the most innovative companies in the digital health space. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for executive leadership on all architecture matters. You will own enterprise-wide architectural standards, manage technology risk, and ensure that systems, platforms, and integrations are aligned with both business goals and regulatory requirements. This is a highly strategic role that requires equal parts technical authority and business communication skills. This role is best suited for a seasoned architect who thrives at the intersection of technology strategy and business leadership. What You'll Do - Define, own, and enforce enterprise architecture standards and governance across the organization - Act as the primary architecture liaison to C-suite and executive stakeholders - Translate complex technical strategies and risks into clear, business-friendly language - Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap - Ensure integration and standardization across platforms, systems, and cloud environments - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with business and innovation goals - Own and manage architectural risk across the enterprise - Lead architecture reviews and approve key design decisions - Support compliance with regulatory and security requirements including HIPAA - Collaborate with cross-functional teams — DevOps, Data, Engineering, Security — to guide architecture decisions - Mentor solution architects and technical leads - Foster a culture of architectural innovation and best practices Qualifications - Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance and standards enforcement - Strong background in strategic IT planning and technology roadmapping - Deep knowledge of cloud architecture across AWS and Azure - Experience with application architecture, data architecture, and systems integration - Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and modern distributed systems - Solid grasp of DevOps and Agile methodologies - Experience managing technology risk and mitigation at an enterprise level - Ability to drive regulatory and security compliance — especially HIPAA - Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and digital transformation objectives - Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills - Experience mentoring and leading technical teams Nice to Have - Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry - Background in leading digital transformation initiatives at scale - Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and interoperability standards Working Conditions - Full-time, 40h/week - US-based — US citizenship is required - Remote - Contract or B2B arrangement Our values We are a company that seeks the best for both our employees and clients, reaching beyond expectations in turning dreams into reality. Role Description Deeply technical, hands-on Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect with a specialized expertise in Cloud Networking. Employee will actively write the code, configure the routing tables, and build the secure pipelines that connect ADOR's cloud environments, on-premises data centers, and edge locations. Employee will own the performance, security, and scalability of ADOR's network mesh, ensuring low-latency communication across multi-region or hybrid cloud deployments.
