Ad Operations Specialist
PureCars
• Support Ad Ops in campaign builds • Collect and understand creative/technical specifications • Assist with Co-op and Compliance process • QA account Builds • Create and maintain ad hoc reports • Understand the function and mechanics of the AdBuilder, FeedBuilder, Incentives Manager and external ad serving platforms • Use AdBuilder to create and launch new accounts based on individual automotive dealership goals • Implement changes to existing account based on feedback from the client • Use Google Adwords for quality analysis and troubleshooting • Gather and organize landing page structures of clients’ websites • Improve the components of the AdBuilder templates • Identify reoccurring issues and suggest improvements to the platform • Work with other teams to ensure a smooth transition of workflow from team to team • Stay on top of automotive and digital marketing trends • Assist in managing and tracking third-party vendors • Meticulously document new and existing processes • Other tasks that will arise as a result of working in a highly dynamic, technology-driven environment
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years experience in paid search campaign management.
- Automotive industry, a plus
- Internship experience in advertising a huge plus
- Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly-changing environment
- Understanding of paid search components and the interdependency
- Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certification a plus
- Ad Copy writing experience
- Understanding of basic URL structure and tracking solutions
- Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations
- Detail oriented with the ability to precisely manipulate large, multi-faceted data sets.
- Pivot tables and V-look-ups, a plus
- Time management and organizational skills in deadline oriented environment
- Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
