• Actively recruiting child care staff • Managing and maintaining the interview process and onboarding staff • Fulfilling talent management for Supply/On-Call Staff and Short to Long-Term Contract Staff • Create recruitment posts once per week on Facebook, I.G. and Website • Track ROI weekly • Work with Marketing to boost Social Media posts, when needed • Research suitable groups, blogs, and websites for posting • Monitor the e-Orientation site and ensure targets are met • Motivate candidates to complete the course

Job Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role
  • Post secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field
  • Mass recruitment experience is an asset
  • Ability to network in areas of need, including colleges, community & employment centres
  • Positive Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required
  • Competency using technology, both computers and mobile Apps
  • Experience and ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines and pressure
  • A dynamic individual with a natural drive to achieve goals
