Your role Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) is a vital component of IT Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on managing and maintaining the integrity of an organization's IT assets and their configurations. This discipline ensures that all assets, including hardware, software, and documentation, are accurately recorded and maintained throughout their lifecycle. It plays a crucial role in supporting effective service delivery and decision-making within the organization. Your tasks - CI Inventory Management: Maintain a complete and up-to-date register of all configuration items (hardware, software, licenses, documentation). - Classification & Prioritization: Categorize CIs by criticality, usage, and business value to focus management efforts. - Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of CIs from acquisition to decommissioning. - Optimization & Cost Control: Improve asset utilization, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. - Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to licensing, legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. - Vendor & Contract Management: Collaborate with vendors, manage contracts, and support procurement activities. - Change Coordination & Risk Management: Align CI changes with SACM processes, assess impacts, and mitigate risks (e.g. security, EoL). - Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and drive data-based improvements. Your profile - A degree in a relevant field such as IT Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration. - Demonstrated experience in service asset and configuration management, IT asset management (ITAM), or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and optimize configuration management processes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors. - Knowledge of configuration management and ITAM tools and methodologies. - Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or equivalent certification. - ITIL Foundation Certification, with a focus on service management principles. - English and German language (Level C1) is a must have. Role Description The Business Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency, and for ensuring that all duties are performed in a timely manner. The Business Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all administrative support to the Executive Director and/or Clinical Director functions are operating effectively and efficiently.
