Role Description Coordinación y soporte del flujo de alta y baja de artículos, asegurando el tiempo y forma para que las iniciativas comerciales lleguen a la Tienda. Fungiendo como facilitador a los usuarios relacionados con la palanca de variedad, generando valor encaminado a la estrategia comercial de la compañía. - Participar en proyectos de compañía y mejora continua que tengan relación con la palanca de Variedad vía telefónica, correo o presencial para el seguimiento de peticiones de las diferentes áreas (comercial, cadena de suministro y plazas) con la finalidad de eficientizar el proceso. - Brindar atención y soporte a las dudas e incidencias de Categorías, Plazas, Cadena de Suministro e IMMEX sobre sistemas, aplicaciones y procesos de la palanca de Variedad y Espacios con el objetivo de apoyar a los usuarios en las diversas aplicaciones y dar una solución a los problemas que se lleguen a presentar en busca de minimizar errores. - Desarrollar e implementar planes de capacitación inicial y continua de la palanca de Variedad vía telefónica, escuela comercial, correo o presencial con el propósito de orientar a los usuarios que utilizan las aplicaciones relacionadas con la palanca y garantizar el cumplimiento correcto del proceso. - Ejecutar actividades encaminadas a asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso continuo de administración de la variedad, con el objetivo de asegurar que la variedad correspondiente al catálogo se encuentre en cada tienda de acuerdo a las necesidades de la misma, de tal forma que se pueda garantizar la propuesta de valor, así como asegurar que la variedad configurada cada periodo promocional llegue a tiempo a las tiendas. - Generar desde reportes de TI, querys y aplicaciones, archivos de Excel con indicadores para publicarse en Enlace dando visibilidad a la salud del proceso de variedad con la finalidad de que los usuarios capitalicen las oportunidades que se tienen y con ello tomar acciones para generar la alineación de los mismos.
