Liaise directly with Issuers, Legal Counsel, Transfer Agents/Paying Agents, Underwriters, and DTCC, as required, to validate information details, resolve discrepancies, and clarify any legal or tax implications. - Operational Optimization: Oversee the rigorous and timely reporting and distribution processing of mandatory corporate action events across internal systems and external platforms.  Proactively identify workflow optimization opportunities, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. - Non-standard Transactions Navigation:  Provides general consulting to support custom (non-standard) entitlements or corporate actions functionality.
