Client Manager, Personal Lines

• Act as the main, day-to-day contact for clients in your book • Prepare Applications and other documents required for a submission • Perform Contract reviews for insurance requirements compliance • Prepare Evidences of Insurance, Invoices, and Finance Agreements • Process Endorsements • Analyze and compare current exposures to develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing • Conduct marketing, negotiate rates and review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy • Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals • Monitor and manage the renewal marketing and bind process, in partnership with the Producer • Check binders, policies, and endorsements for accuracy • Prepare summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients • Participate in the claims process, including claim submission, follow-up, and overall communication • Ensure financial aspects related to invoicing and premium financing are performed correctly and timely • Maintain files in accordance with company policy and professional standards outlined by the Department of Insurance • Good verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance or related field
  • Active P&C license
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of CA marketplace
  • Familiarity with CA Fair Plan, DIC Wrap policy, and E&S Marketplace preferred
  • Technology proficiency
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
