Role Description As Europe Product Coordinator, you own the operational layer that keeps UJV's European hotel and ground portfolio live, accurate, and growing. That means: - Contract renewals - Rate grid integrity - Partner onboarding - Hands-on support for the PD Manager You bring real knowledge of the European travel landscape: the hotels, the DMCs, the wholesalers. You're equally comfortable in Excel and on a vendor call. If you need a task list to stay productive, this role is not for you. Qualifications - 1–3 years in a B2B travel environment — wholesale, DMC, or tour operator. - Working familiarity with luxury European hotels, DMCs, and ground operators across key destinations. - Hands-on understanding of wholesale travel mechanics — contracts, allocations, rate grids, and overrides. - Proficiency in Excel and CSV-based rate structures. - Comfortable leading vendor calls, handling partner queries, and resolving issues without escalation. - Strong follow-through across multi-stream workloads. Requirements - Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for European hotel and ground partners. - Lead the administrative and operational onboarding of new hotel properties into the UJV portfolio. - Support the growth of curated ground services — including private tours, transfers, and bespoke experiences. - Own CSV and Excel rate grid management for ground product. - Coordinate year-over-year renewal of hotel and ground agreements. - Conduct targeted price benchmarking against competing wholesalers and OTAs. - Generate reports, maintain organized file structures, and manage Asana task queues for ground operations. Benefits - Independent contractor agreement for candidates located outside the United States. - Responsibility for managing your own social security and taxes in accordance with the regulations of your home country. What Success Looks Like At 90 Days: - All active hotel and ground rate grids are accurate, complete, and filed correctly. - You have independently handled partner calls and resolved operational queries without escalation. - Asana ground task queues are managed with zero overdue items. - You know the active European portfolio well enough to field basic product questions from the sales team. At 6 Months: - Annual contract renewals are in progress or completed ahead of schedule, with no lapses. - At least one new hotel or ground operator is onboarded through your coordination. - The PD Manager relies on you to own the operational layer. - You have contributed meaningfully to at least one FAM or webinar execution.
