Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS across core services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC, IAM, and similar)
- Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Genuine, practical experience using AI tools in your engineering workflow, not just awareness of them
- Prior experience working at a US-based small startup, with a real understanding of what ambiguity and limited resources look like in practice
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize without hand-holding, and make sound decisions under uncertainty
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical teammates
