Qualifications - Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated B2B Business Development or outbound prospecting experience, with a proven focus on mapping and targeting enterprise accounts. - Education: BA/BS degree. - Communication: Outstanding active listening, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to hold peer-level conversations with technical executives and developers. - Drive: A self-starter mentality with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline generation goals. - Strategic Thinking: Sharp time management skills and the ability to operate independently within a structured outbound motion, while remaining highly coachable. - Adaptability: Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise tech environment. - Tech Savvy: Passionate about cutting-edge database technology, with a high aptitude for quickly learning complex IT software products and business-critical solutions.
