Tivity Health
• manage and grow relationships of participating fitness locations within Tivity’s Medicare and commercial networks • serve as the primary commercial contact for partner locations • drive retention, partner satisfaction, and network growth • develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders • analyze partner performance metrics and recommend growth and retention • support partner marketing and promotional initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
- experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred
- strong relationship management and communication skills
- ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations
- experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, health or related field) or equivalent experience

Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager, Enterprise to join us! The Account Manager, Enterprise is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, long-term client relationships, and developing key new stakeholder relationships. This role will focus on up-selling and cross-selling existing solutions as well as identifying and expanding to new use cases or new user types within our strategic Health System customer base.
