• Develop multifunctional project/program charters with key stakeholder alignment • Develop project/program governance across Scope, Schedule, Budget • Identify and obtain resources needed, create detailed work plans, and timelines • Integrate program efforts and manage risk mitigation and escalation • Responsible for closing project/program and developing lessons learned • Lead development and implementation of best practices for the Enterprise Program Management Office

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs and projects
  • Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain (nice to haves)
  • PMP Certification (nice to haves)
  • Technical mastery in project management
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence
  • Possess business and financial acumen
  • Experience in the food industry (nice to haves)
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain (Make, Plan, Source, Deliver, Return)
  • Experience managing large and complex cross-functional teams
