CBRN Program Manager
Teledyne Technologies Incorporated
• Assists in the capture and is responsible for successful planning, execution and closeout of government/DOD programs • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs • Aids in the negotiation of contracts, subcontracts and contractual changes • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules • Develops solutions to program problems • Directs work of the team assigned to programs from various departments • Acts as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations • Responsible for managing customer relationships for the program, including developing new business and coordinating preparations of proposals.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent degree strongly preferred
- MBA, PMP or DAU Certification preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant DoD Program Management experience (preferably in CBRN/E field)
- Average program/project size managed during professional career should be $20 -$100M with a staff size in excess of 20 individuals
- Knowledge of all aspects of the Program/Project life cycle from proposal development through closeout
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25%
- Eligible to obtain DoD SECRET security clearance (existing clearance preferred)
- Must have the ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
