• Manage the full cycle of case support: client interaction, information gathering, drafting, and follow-up. • Guide clients through sensitive processes and extract necessary information. • Act as a key point of contact between clients and the legal team. • Gather and organize client-provided information for case preparation. • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients and attorneys. • Perform general administrative tasks tied to case management. • Support attorneys by taking ownership of delegated tasks within cases. • Handle inbound calls from clients, often involving sensitive or emotional situations. • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and clarifications. • Draft legal documents including motions and case-related documentation. • Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases. • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a legal assistant position.
