Role Description This is a unique opportunity to join a growing online coaching brand in a role that combines appointment setting, social media support, and personal assistant responsibilities. - Manage daily Instagram direct message conversations with prospective clients. - Engage with followers, story viewers, post interactions, and inbound leads. - Build rapport and qualify prospects for coaching services. - Book appointments and discovery calls for the founder. - Track leads, conversations, and follow-up activities. - Assist with client administration and general business support. - Schedule and publish social media content across various platforms. - Perform light content editing, including captions, text overlays, trimming, and formatting. - Maintain organised records, documents, and operational systems. - Provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Qualifications - Previous experience in DM setting, appointment setting, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles. - Strong written English with the ability to communicate in a natural, conversational, and engaging manner. - Experience managing conversations through Instagram or social media platforms. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. - Reliable internet connection and home office setup. - Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities. Requirements - Experience supporting an online coach, fitness business, personal brand, or online service business. - Familiarity with Instagram growth and engagement strategies. - Experience with content scheduling and social media management. - Knowledge of platforms such as Kahunas, Notion, Obsidian, CapCut, or similar tools. - Understanding of online coaching, fitness, health, or lifestyle industries. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you will have established consistent daily engagement with inbound leads, maintained organised lead tracking and reporting, ensured content is published on schedule, and become a trusted operational support partner to the founder.
