Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in U.S. immigration law (required)
- Law degree preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal (required)
- Experience with legal case management and CRM systems such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com
- Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work product and efficiency is highly preferred
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup (required)
