Role Description We're hiring a Campaign Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across 4Minds. This is a high-execution, data-informed role for someone who thrives on building repeatable programs, hitting pipeline targets, and keeping campaigns moving across multiple channels simultaneously. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to ensure every campaign is tightly aligned to business goals and driving measurable results. Role Description The Grants Manager is responsible for ensuring Global Greengrants’ grantmaking program is legally compliant, efficient, and not overly burdensome on our advisory network. The Grants Manager is responsible for leading on grants management strategy, optimization, and collaboration across the organization – including within our shared grantmaking program with Global Greengrants Fund UK. The Grants Manager will maintain and update policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with US and UK regulations as well as local regulations for our grantees. They will be the lead administrator for our grants management system, SmartSimple, providing oversight to ensure data integrity, strengthening system processes, and building understanding and use of information across other departments in the organization. The Grants Manager will be a resource for the Grants Associates by addressing acute issues with particular grants, providing guidance on approaching challenges, and identifying common issues to address for the entire team. In the present accountability structures, the Grants Manager is line-managed by the Director of Grants Management and Operations. The Grants Manager will be part of the Grants Management team, leading the grants management function, which comprises several Grants Managers and Grants Associates.
