Role Description Our client is looking for two highly organized Sales Coordinators to join its growing Media team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where they can gain exposure to digital media, sales operations, campaign execution, client onboarding, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of sales and campaign operations while ensuring clients and internal stakeholders receive a best-in-class experience. - Supporting the creation of client pitch materials and sales presentations - Maintaining accurate client account structures within Salesforce - Assisting with client onboarding and master data management - Creating and managing campaign insertion orders - Tracking campaign budgets and supporting client billing processes - Partnering with Finance to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and performance - Assisting with post-campaign analysis and client reporting - Preparing client-ready performance reports and insights - Supporting account planning, lead generation, and customer service activities - Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Execution, and Finance teams - Assisting Account Managers with pre- and post-campaign documentation - Reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign requirements and media plans - Providing ad hoc reporting and operational support as needed - Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to Salesforce, Advendio, and sales operations enhancements - Creating user guides, training materials, and process documentation - Assisting with the rollout of new tools, workflows, and operational improvements Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, campaign operations, digital media, advertising, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills - Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach - Advanced spreadsheet and reporting capabilities Requirements - Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms - Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Experience supporting advertising campaigns, media operations, or sales teams is considered an asset Education - College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field Benefits - Fully remote contract opportunity - Exposure to one of Canada's most innovative retail media organizations - Opportunity to work across sales, marketing, campaign operations, analytics, and client services - Fast-paced environment with strong learning and growth potential - Collaborative team culture with broad stakeholder exposure Duration - 12-Month Contract Hours - 40 hours per week Location - Remote (contractors are not required to work onsite)
