• The VP, Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy is responsible for maximizing revenue productivity and driving execution excellence across Trustwell’s go-to-market organization. • This leader serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and is accountable for ensuring sales teams have the processes, training, methodologies, content, tools, and operational discipline required to consistently achieve revenue objectives. • This role owns sales enablement, onboarding, sales readiness, forecast governance, GTM program execution, product launch readiness, performance management frameworks, and strategic revenue initiatives. • Working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership, this individual will translate company strategy into repeatable programs that improve effectiveness across the entire customer lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, Revenue Leadership, or Revenue Productivity functions
  • 5+ years leading enablement, sales effectiveness, or strategic revenue initiatives in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success supporting revenue organizations exceeding $50M ARR
  • Experience within Food Manufacturing, Food Safety, Compliance, Supply Chain, ERP, WMS, PLM, QMS, or other enterprise software environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Make build/buy decisions and manage vendor relationships and budget. • Run a continuous feedback loop: With the field to find gaps, prioritize the roadmap, and improve over time.

Role Description We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Lead, Finance Operations to own and optimize our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations. In this key role, you will directly drive collections, manage payment applications and vendor communications, perform ad hoc AR analysis, and ensure smooth, accurate processing of invoices and payments in our ERP. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on cash flow, customer and vendor relationships, and overall financial operations excellence. Success in this role means cleaner books, faster collections, stronger vendor partnerships, and scalable processes that support company growth. Key Responsibilities - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Lead end-to-end collections efforts, including proactive outreach and escalation management to significantly reduce overdue balances. - Oversee accurate and timely application of customer payments and perform thorough reconciliations within the ERP system. - Conduct regular and ad hoc AR analysis, including aging reports, trend analysis, and AR forecasting. - Partner closely with Account Management teams to resolve billing disputes, improve customer payment behavior, and strengthen overall receivables health. - Accounts Payable (AP) - Manage the complete invoice lifecycle: accurate recording of invoices/bills into the ERP with proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. - Oversee payment application to vendor bills and coordinate timely, compliant payment runs aligned with cash flow priorities and company policies. - Monitor AP Aging reports. - Support vendor onboarding.
