• Own and manage the complete renewals lifecycle for assigned customers across LATAM/CALA & USA. • Drive on-time renewals execution from quotation through contract close and booking. • Achieve assigned renewal targets for bookings, revenue retention, and customer retention. • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline management and 90–120 day forecasting visibility. • Engage proactively with customers, procurement teams, resellers, and partners to resolve commercial, operational, or contractual blockers ahead of expiration. • Lead renewal pricing, term negotiations, amendments, co-terming, and commercial discussions aligned with Infovista policies and business objectives. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers to review contract status, support alignment, customer priorities, risks, renewal planning, and growth opportunities. • Provide management with clear visibility into risks, attrition exposure, renewal status, and forecast accuracy. • Work closely with customer procurement organizations to align renewals with customer budgeting, purchasing, and approval cycles. • Support contract negotiations, redlines, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) in collaboration with internal Legal and Operations teams. • Maintain understanding of Infovista commercial policies, maintenance/support frameworks, entitlement structures, and contractual governance. • Coordinate with Deal Desk, Contracts, Finance, Licensing Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure quotes, subscriptions, contracts, and entitlements remain accurate and aligned. • Support translation and communication of customer-facing documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish as required. • Maintain centralized and secure records of customer portals, renewal trackers, procurement processes, key contacts, access requirements, and regional operational data. • Generate, maintain, and continuously update the CALA Renewals Playbook, documenting customer-specific business processes, procurement workflows, renewal timelines, invoicing requirements, and operational best practices. • Ensure customer operational data remains current, organized, and aligned across internal systems and teams. • Maintain accurate data integrity across Salesforce CRM and internal commercial systems. • Ensure renewal opportunities, forecasting data, contracts, subscriptions, and customer information remain current and accurate. • Analyze renewal trends, customer risks, and operational gaps to improve retention and forecasting accuracy. • Support process improvement initiatives, renewal governance, operational efficiencies, and best-practice development across the Americas Renewals organization.
• Drive sales of Infovista’s Automated Assurance solution in European region, with ownership of entire quote to cash process • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region • Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability • Develop qualified pipeline, and provide accurate forecast • Manage in region marketing and sales qualified leads- in addition develop ABM’s.
• Establish and lead the Governance & Portfolio Management function across Engineering, InfoSec, Platforms and Operations. • Build and lead a globally distributed team across multiple Infovista offices. • Resume overall responsible for portfolio governance, programme assurance and enterprise risk visibility. • Work closely with the COO, ELT and cross-functional leaders to ensure that initiatives are prioritised transparently. • Act as the central authority for governance discipline across the COO perimeter. • Lead and develop the Governance & Portfolio Management function as a core capability within the COO organisation. • Define the organisational structure, roles and responsibilities of the function to support scalable governance maturity. • Promote strong collaboration and trusted partnership with other cross-functional teams.

• Owns, governs, and continuously improves the engineering organization’s main process for change and build; the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Engage with stakeholders within engineering, product management, customer support, IT, infosec and platform to ensure that the process is known and well-integrated. • Ensure adherence to defined SDLC stages, quality gates, and release criteria. • Monitor traceability from requirements to implementation, testing, and release. • Identify and escalate delivery risks or process deviations along with corrective actions. • Weigh the need for standardization versus maintaining beneficial process variations. • Integrate secure SDLC principles and other compliance areas were appropriate. • Define and monitor operational KPIs for organizational performance evaluation. • Provide structured performance reporting to different levels of the organization. • Facilitate improvement initiatives based on insights. • Coordinate with Lead Developers and technical platform teams to ensure stable and efficient CI/CD practices. • Ensure teams and external partners operate within defined toolchain and workflow standards. • Monitor pipeline performance and escalate systemic issues.

THE ROLE: The Head of Research & Innovation CoE is a senior technology and innovation leader reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role is responsible for building and leading the company’s Research & Innovation Center of Excellence, driving ideation, emerging technology evaluation, experimentation, and the development of an enterprise-wide Agentic AI framework. The CoE acts as the organization’s innovation engine, identifying and validating new technology opportunities that advance the company’s transition toward an AI-driven intelligence platform combining Network Intelligence and Customer Experience (CX) Intelligence. While innovation, research, and ideation are the primary focus, this role also contributes to the long-term product and platform architecture direction, contributing to the development of a unified reference architecture, and helping steer the transformation toward an integrated, intelligent, and AI-driven platform. The role ensures that research insights, innovation initiatives, and architectural strategies are tightly aligned with customer needs, market evolution, and the company’s long-term growth objectives. Research & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership: - Build, lead, and scale the Research & Innovation CoE, acting as an internal innovation engine and CTO office extension for strategic future technology exploration. - Lead a team of AI/ML professionals in developing new products and releases. - Develop structured research and innovation processes for ideation, concepting, rapid prototyping, feasibility studies, and emerging technology evaluations. - Oversee a dedicated ideation team responsible for concept exploration, early-stage experiments, technology proofs of value, and innovation pilots, stage experiments, and innovation pilots. - Drive innovation frameworks and methodologies (innovation pipelines, lean experimentation, rapid prototyping cycles) to accelerate concept-to-product transitions. - Champion and shape the Agentic AI strategy, ensuring alignment between innovation research, AI capabilities, and product implementation. - Identify and validate new opportunities for AI-driven, platform-driven, or architectural innovations that differentiate the portfolio and unlock new customer value. The role & team Infovista is looking for a smart, adaptable intern to join our product team for a 6 month internship.
